Development of Management System for Steel Enterprise Production Data

为了建立厂级管理系统,开发了基于OPC技术和数据库的工业生产数据管理系统,实现了生产数据采集及Web的数据发布功能,同时实现了通过Modbus/TCP协议向企业级能源管理系统提供数据的功能。应用表明,系统运行稳定,数据传输可靠,满足了生产管理的需求。

In order to establish plant-level＇s management system, industrial production data management system based on OPC technique and data base was developed, realizing the functions of data collection and data publication based on Web technique, at the same time, realizing the function of providing data for enterpfise＇s energy sources management system by Medbus/TCP agreement. Application showed that the system run stably, data transmission was reliable and met the requirements of production management.
