In order to realize the general analysis and comprehensive assessment for Laiwu Steel＇s suppliers, the supply department of Laiwu steel has strengthened the archives management for suppliers, and centralized the dispersive suppliers＇ archives, established electronic archive information database for suppliers, improved the supplier management system. So that the supply ratio by strategic suppliers reaches up to 70%, the average purchase price index rcaches below 0.982 and the pass ratio of the quality of the materials supplied up to 100%.
