摘要
首先根据现有的某车型,建立汽车车身模型,并进行汽车侧面碰撞模拟仿真。由仿真结果可知,有些参数不符合碰撞法规要求。然后采用更换车身各部分材料和调整材料厚度的方法对汽车车身进行优化。经过分析,修正后的各参数能满足侧面碰撞法规的要求。最后,对优化前后的各参数进行对比。
Firstly,car body model is built based on the existing vehicle. At the same time,vehicle side crash is simulated.Afier researching simulation result,some fall short of the crash regulations.And then,using the material adjustment and stock thickness of car body,car body is optimized.After assay,all the parameters can meet the need of crash regulations.Finally,the comparison of all the parameters can be concluded between before optimization and after optimization.
