摘要
通过对一种六缸柴油机曲轴进行模态分析,求出了曲轴在磨削工况下的前9阶模态的固有频率和振型。首先对曲轴进行简化,利用UG建立三维模型;然后导入ANSYS中进行有限元网格划分;最后对曲轴进行模态分析,得出曲轴的固有频率和振型,为进行曲轴在磨削工况下的动态响应分析打下了基础。
The first nine modes 'natural frequencies and flapping types are calculated in the condition of simplify the do a normal types, which grinding,by the normal model analysis of crankshaft,and build the 3D model by UG. model analysis for the crankshaft,and get supplies the foundation for the dynamic a six-crock crankshaft of a diesel engine. First, Then,import it into the ANSYS for meshing. Last, the crankshaft's natural frequencies and flapping state respondent analysis of cranksahft in the condition of grinding.
