摘要
大振幅直线震荡电机运行中的大气隙动态交变磁阻,使电磁关系大大复杂化,为方便直线电机的优化设计,提出了由简化到复杂渐近式直线电机简化、中间、最终三级模型的电磁力分析方法。通过与有限元数值计算法电磁力特性曲线比较,证明渐进式电磁力的分析结果比较理想,为解决单一模型优化设计不收敛问题提供了新的分析方法。
Big gap dynamic alternate magnetic resistance lead electromagnetic relationship to complicate in high amplitude resonance linear motor running, for simplify linear motor optimized designing,the study proposed a progressive the linear motor electromagnetic force analysis method of three-stage model from the simple to the complex. Compared with the electromagnetic force curve of finite element figure analysis method,the results was correct. It brought forward new method for the non-convergent problems in the single-model optimized designing.
