为解决焊接机故障诊断的盲目性问题,提高诊断效率及可靠性,作者在实际项目研发中采用FTA结合专家系统的故障诊断方法,在研究基于故障树的知识表示、知识的不确定性处理的基础上,分析了基于故障树的诊断专家系统知识库的建造过程。为焊接机器人智能故障诊断的发展奠定了基础,有很好的学术及应用推广价值。

In order to solve the problem of diagnosing welding robots blindly,improving the efficiency of diagnosis and reliability analysis of welding robots,the Fault Tree Analysis （FTA）and Expert System is introduced into the fault diagnosis of welding robots in practical item.
