摘要
在网络化制造环境下,由于企业联盟具有信息化、集成化、全球化和动态化的特点,这对传统的质量控制技术提出了新的要求。对网络化制造环境下面向过程参数的机械加工过程质量控制技术进行了探索,提出了一种由设备层、分布式信息处理层、网络构架层和管理与决策层构成的系统体系结构与实施方案,并给出了数据丢失与时延处理措施。
In network-based manufacturing, enterprise alliance has the characteristic of information, integration,globalization and variety,these characteristic give new request to conventional quality control technology. It puts up a new exploration of quality control technology in machining process for enterprise alliance based on process parameter. It brings forward a sort of system configuration composed with equipment layer,distributing information disposal layer,network truss layer and decision-making layer, along with its actualization project. The disposal method of data losing and time delay are also presented
