摘要
近年来,企业间竞争出现产品或服务、营销手段等的同质化,造成产品销售额的下降,造成企业利润的下降。而与此同时,随着环境因素的剧烈变化,企业面临着日益强烈的供给过剩、顾客需求持续变化等不确定因素,企业发展面临新的瓶颈。首先,分析了顾客价值创新战略对企业发展具有的重要作用;其次,阐述了在进行顾客价值创新战略时应该注意的问题;最后,分析了关于顾客价值创新战略的动态管理。
