目前房地产供给大幅提高,然而房地产企业在营销过程中仍然面临着手段单一、同质化程度过高的问题。为了在激烈的市场竞争中获得成功,从行为经济学角度进行分析,试图获得房地产营销方面的创新。
At present,the real estate is supplied by a wide margin, but real estate enterprises are still facing the problem that the means is single and the homogeneity intensity is too high.In order to succeed in the fierce market competition, the article is analyzed in terms of behavioral economics, attempting to win innovation of marketing of the real estate.
