青钢高炉混喷烟煤工业试验

Industrial Test of Mixed Bituminous and Anthracitic Coal Injection to Qingdao Steel's Blast Furnaces

摘要 对青钢磨制、混喷烟煤的试验进行了总结。该试验以安全制粉、喷吹为重点内容,制订了系统防火、防爆对策,试验期间,高炉喷吹用煤挥发分控制在20%以下,烟煤配比由10%、15%逐步增加到20%,各部位氧含量、CO含量及温度等控制参数变化都在控制范围内,试验取得初步成果。此后的工业生产应用表明,青钢喷煤操作已经成熟,焦比由412.5 kg/t降为385.0 kg/t,煤比由120.7 kg/t增为134.6 kg/t。 This paper summarized the industrial test of grinding and mixed bituminous and anthracitic coal injection. The test focused on the contents of the safety milling and injection and worked out systemic fire prevention and explosion protection countermeasure. During the experiment, the volatile eompotmd of blast furnace injection coal was controlled to less 20 percent, bituminous coal ratio was gradually increased from 10%, 15% to 20%, the changes of control parameters in every location such as oxygen content, carbon monoxide content and temperature were all within control area, the average coal ratio of six blast furnaces was 128 kg/t, then, the test succesfylly showed that Qingdao Steel's PCI operation is already ripe. After industrial application, the coke rate decreased to 385.0 kg/t from 412.5 kg/t and the coal ratio increased to 134.6 kg/t from 120.7 kg/t.
