摘要 山东镁矿对菱镁矿浮选厂进行工艺技术改造试验,将"二反一正"脱硅浮选流程改为"全反"浮选流程,将反浮选扫选尾矿和尾矿分选所得中矿返回再选,使浮选技术更先进,工艺更合理,精矿产率提高15%,精矿品位提高0.38%,选矿废水全部回收利用,实现废水"零"排放。精矿粉的后序加工选用先进的RCE窑炉,降低能耗44%。 Shandong Magnesite Mine carried through reforming test of flotation technology of magnesite mills, changed the “two passive and one positive” desilication floatation process into all passive floatation and put the cleaning railings and the recoveries back into floatation a- gain. As results of the test which makes the technology of floatation more advanced and the process more reasonable, productivity of concentrate was improved by 15%, the grade of concentrate was improve by 0.38% and all the wastewater in floatation was reclaimed for utilization with null effluent. The advanced RCE furnace was used in the later process of concentrate powder, which reduced the energy consumption by 44%.
