摘要
莱钢2#1 880 m3高炉在无计划休风时间较长的情况下,为了尽快恢复到正常水平,制定了详细的方案,复风后采取了提高炉缸热量、控制好风口火焰温度及抓好炉前出铁等措施,使炉况恢复较快,尤其是在无富氧喷吹粒煤提炉温方面,取得了很好的效果。采用以上经验,5~8 h的无计划休风,仅用1 h的恢复时间就能加全风量,将损失降低到最低水平。
When Laiwu Steel' s No.2 blast fumaee experiences a long unplanned blow-out time, in order to resume the normal level as soon as possible, a detailed reblowing plan was proposed. Some measures such as increasing the hearth heat, better controlling of flame temperature and keeping good tapping process were adopted for quick recovery after reblowing, and especially it made a good result for increasing the furnace temperature in the condition of granular coal injection without oxygen enrichment. After adopting these experiences mentioned above, it only took 1 hour to fully blast in the period of this unplanned about 5 to 8 hours blow-out, and minimized the loss.
