摘要
对济钢4#350 m3高炉开炉及达产的生产经验进行了总结。通过充分准备,制定合理的开炉方案,完善开炉生产操作制度,采取全开风口送风,实现了2 d全风,3 d喷煤,7 d喷煤比达到了150 kg/t、利用系数4.0 t/(m3.d)。
The paper concluded the blow-in and production experiences of Jinan steel＇ s No.4 350m^3 BF. The No.4 350m^3 BF realized full blast in 2 days and pulverized coal injecting in 3 days through means of full prepare, making blow-in plan, perfecting blow-in and production operation system, operating with opening all tuyeres. The pulverized coal injecting rate was up to 150kg/t in 5 days and the utilization coefficient is up to 4.0t/（m^3·d）.
