摘要
阐述了转炉内加锰铁脱硫的热力学和动力学条件,在冶炼温度一定的情况下,(CaO)和[Mn]的提高以及加强搅拌,可以提高脱硫效果。根据入炉铁水含硫状况选择在终点前1 min加入锰铁1.8~13 kg/t,再吹1 min并加强搅拌,可使转炉内加锰铁脱硫效率达到40%~60%,同时终点残锰量提高0.10%~0.50%,含锰合金消耗总量增加1~2 kg/t。
This article introduced the thermodynamic and dynamic conditions for Fe-Mn desulphurization in converter. Under the condition of same melting temperature, the desuphurzing rate could be increased through increasing (CaO) and [Mn] and mixing round. The desuphurizing rate could reach 40%-60% by the way of putting Fe-Mn 1.8-13 kg/t into the converter at 1 minute before end point according to sulphur content in the molten iron and then mixing round about 1 minute. At the same time, the Mn content was increased by 0.10%-0.50% and the consumption of the alloy including Mn was increased by 1-2 kg/t.
