莱钢高耐疲劳性汽车大梁用钢的开发

摘要 介绍了莱钢开发汽车大梁钢LG510L的生产工艺和实物质量控制情况。通过制定合理的化学成分和轧制工艺,在C-Mn基础上添加微合金元素Nb、Ti,采用控轧控冷工艺,开发出高耐疲劳性能的汽车大梁钢板。产品质量稳定,具有良好的耐疲劳性能、力学性能、尺寸精度和表面质量。 The production process and product property of LG510L for automobile girder steel developed by Laiwu steel were introduced. By designing reasonable chemical compositions and establishing rational production process, on the basis of C-Mn, adding micro-alloy Nb and Ti, TMCP technology had been used in continuous rolling plant. The product quality was stable, the fatigue-resistance property of product is good and the mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy and surface quality were excellent.
