摘要
在实验室条件下,分150、180、200 kg/t三种喷煤量的高炉产生情况,计算得出未燃煤粉在高炉终渣中的含量,研究了含不同量未燃煤粉的高炉终渣的性能。结果表明:在同一温度下,随着未燃煤粉含量增加,高炉终渣的黏度上升;未燃煤粉对高炉终渣熔点(熔化性温度)的影响程度不大。
The amount of unburned pulverized coal (UPC) of three ways injection coal: 150, 180 and 200 kg/t was ascertained, then quantum of unburned pulverized coal in ultimate slag was calculated. Experiments were carried out in the lab to research the characters of ultimate slag which contain different amount unburned pulverized coal. The results showed that, in the same temperature, with the UPC content increasing, the viscosity of ultimate slag in BF rises. UPC has little impact on melting point (free running temperament) of ultimate slag.
