Establishment and Application of the Process Analysis and Control Drawing for Sinter Feed Circuit

为提高烧结原料系统自动配料质量,运用相关软件程序提取料流样本点建立数据库,计算过程性能指数,并绘制出工艺分析控制图。该控制图的创建和使用,有效降低了配比波动,稳定了混匀质量。

In order to improve automatic proportioning quality of sintefing feed circuit, author took the sample points of the feed flow with correlative software program, established data-base, computed the process capability index and protracted the process analysis and control drawing. Establishment and application of this drawing reduced the fluctuation of blending ratio very well and leveled off the intermixing quality.
