加强档案工作的监督,是我国的社会主义性质以及档案工作的性质作用的必然要求。对档案工作进行监督,可从法律监督和工作监督两个方面进行,既要实行超前监督,建立健全档案工作监督制度,采取多种监督形式,加强同各形成档案单位的联系,也要加强各级党政领导机关的领导,处理好监督与被监督的关系。

To strengthen the supervision of file meets the need of socialist character of our country and nature of file itself as well. To supervise files is based on law and work supervision. We must practise supervision ahead of time founding perfect the file supervision system, adopting various supervision forms, tightening up the ties with all files units, and we also need to strengthen leadership of the leading body at different levels dealing with the relation between the supervisory and the supervised.
