摘要
从现场实际入手,提出供热机组的优化改进方案,并运用有限元分析等手段,从应力、位移、卡涩、提升力多方面对方案进行论证分析并付诸实施,供热机解决了300MW供热机组高调门严密性不合格的问题。
This paper obtains the scene to propose that actually the optimization improvement program, and using methods and so on finite element analysis, from the stress, the displacement, the card is astringent, the lifting capacity multi-aspects carry on the proof to the plan to analyze and to put into practice, the success has solved the 300MW heating unit high melody hermetization unqualified problem.
