摘要
建立了一套通信基站电费收缴系统,可以实现通信基站电表的实时数据采集,从而提高抄表速度,降低劳动强度。系统包括数据采集器和控制端软件。全文论述了系统组成原理及主要功能。
This paper get up a communication base station electric charge system, that realize the communication station real - time data collection, thus improve the pace of meter reading system, and reduce labor intensity. The system includes the data collector and control software. The paper has expounded the operational principle and main function.
