摘要
"以人为本"是我们党提出的科学发展观的本质和核心。企业管理更要坚持"以人为本",也就是尊重人才,挖掘人的潜力,满足人的需求,企业的核心竞争力要从对生产资料——"物"的重视转向对劳动创造主体和享用主体——"人"的重视。企业要注重内部人和外部人的需求,对内树立"员工至上"、对外树立"顾客至上"的管理理念。作为企业主人的员工,更要摆正位置,牢牢把握主人翁精神,不断学习发展自己。
People - oriented theory is the essence of the scientific concept of development of Chinese communist party. Enterprise management must persist People- oriented theory. It means that we must respect talents, meet with people's demand. The core competition must change from things to people. Enterprise must be concerned with the demand of internal -man and external man . In the enterprise, the staff is the first, out of the enterprise , the customers is the first too. As the masters of the enterprise, the staff must study constantly and develoo himself.
