摘要
通过对C/N比为30:1,含水率为85%的模拟垃圾进行间歇式厌氧堆肥实验,初步分析和研究了厌氧堆肥的温度、氧化还原电位、pH值等参数与系统产气量的关系。结果表明,系统的pH值是产气量的一个重要控制参数,而氧化还原电位只在实验初期对产气有一定影响,并且中温(35℃)堆肥的效果优于高温(55℃)堆肥。
In order to control the gas production in anaerobic composting process , a experimental research of batch anaerobic composting on simulated solid waste with the C/N ratio of 30:1 and the water containing rate of 85% was conducted, the effects of factors such as temperature, oxidation- reduction potential and pH on gas production were analysed. The results showed that pH was a key factor in controlling gas production throughout the process. Oxidation -reduction potential, however, effected gas production only in the early stage. As for temperature, it was indicated that medium temperature (35℃) is more favorable than high one (55℃) in the process of anaerobic composting.
