肝移植联合胃癌根治术一例患者的护理

Nursing Care of a Case with Radical Gastrectomy Combined with Liver Transplantation

目的总结胃癌并发肝转移患者行肝移植联合胃癌根治术的护理要点。方法回顾性分析我院1例肝移植联合胃癌根治术患者的临床护理程序与特点。结果患者术后第7天出现急性排斥反应,给予抗排斥治疗后痊愈,顺利出院。术后随访5个月时,患者因肿瘤复发、腹腔广泛转移致全身衰竭而死亡。结论密切观察病情变化,熟悉病情,积极及有针对性的护理可为诊断和治疗提供依据,避免并发症的发生或早期发现,促进患者康复。

Objective To summarize the key points of nursing care for a case with terminal gastric cancer and liver metastases after radical gastrectomy combined with liver transplantation. Methods The characteristics and procedure of clinical nursing for a case with radical gastrectomy com- bined with liver transplantation were analyzed retrospectively. Results Acute rejection occurred on the 7th day after operation and was successfully treated by anti-rejection therapy. After discharge, on the 5th month of postoperative follow-up, the patient died of whole body failure caused by tumor reoccurrence and wide peritoneum metastasis. Conclusion Close observation and being well informed of changes of patient＇s condition, as well as taking aggressive and pertinent nursing interventions can help to provide information for diagnosis and treatment, avoid or early detect complications and promote the patient＇s recovery.
