摘要
作者研究了检测血流速度的时域相关方法,对连续分段回声信号作相关运算可得到血流一维速度分布,采用滑动时窗分段相关法可检测多个散射元移动时速度分布;声束线性扫描检测可得到二维血流速度剖面,检测精度和分辨力略高于Doppler频域法。这种方法具有角度独立性,只要血流速度满足v≤Aw/Tsin6,声束与流速夹角就没有影响。
Described in this paper is the method to detect blood flow velocity profile with time-domain correlation method. One dimension velocity distribution may be detected by calculating correlation coefficient of consecutive periodic echo signals. Using the method of moring time windows Segmentation correlation method velocity distribution, where many scatterers move can be detected. With ultrasonic beam scanning the detection surface, two dimension velocity profile can be obtained, The precison and resolution were better than those obtaied with Doppler frequency domain method. The feature of angle independence is an advantage of this method, only if blood flow velocity meets V≤Aw / Tsin 0, and the angle between ultrasonic beam and flow velocity will not effect the precision of detection.
