摘要
2007年,按《国家学生体质健康标准》对石家庄职业技术学院学生的体质进行了测试,结果表明:二年级总体平均分高于一、三年级;男生平均分高于女生;三年级学生肥胖率高于其他年级学生;女生的耐力性项目成绩好于男生,男生的力量性、速度性项目成绩高于女生.为此,在体育教学中要渗透"终身体育"思想,加强体质健康研究,对不同性别学生加强练习的针对性.
A test is done over the students of the Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute by the National Student Physical Health Standard. Result shows the average score of Grade Two is higher than that in Grade One and Grade Three, that of boys higher, students in Grade Three fatter, girls better in resistance items and boys better in strength and speed. Therefore, the lifetime physical education should be enhanced.
