介入治疗对冠心病患者偶联因子6的影响及活性氧簇的作用

摘要 目的探讨介入治疗对血浆偶联因子6(CF6)的影响及活性氧簇在这个过程中的作用。方法选择符合纳入标准的冠心病患者90例,并根据临床情况进行随机区组,分为A、B、C3组,分别对A组行冠脉造影术,B组、C组行冠脉造影加介入治疗术。3组分别于手术当日及术后次日晨空腹取肘静脉血2mL于EDTA抗凝试管中,加入抑肽酶1000kU,10℃、3000r/min离心10min,分离血浆,-70℃保存。用放射免疫法测定血浆CF6浓度。A组、B组手术当日抽血后并于术前2h给予口服100mL生理盐水预治疗,C组患者于同一时间给予口服生理盐水稀释至100mL的维生素C2.0g预治疗。结果A组术前CF6水平为(192.07±53.15)pg/mL,术后为(201.37±63.01)pg/mL,C组术前CF6水平为(195.24±60.58)pg/mL,术后为(204.55±24.89)pg/mL,A组、C组手术前后CF6水平无明显变化(P>0.05);B组术前CF6水平为(203.13±61.99)pg/mL,术后为(243.57±36.97)pg/mL,较术前明显升高(P<0.01)。结论介入治疗可以诱导CF6表达和释放增加,活性氧簇可能是介导CF6的表达和释放的信号物质之一。 Objective To analyze the effect of interventional therapy on the levels of coupling factor 6 (CF6) and reactive oxygen species expression. Methods Ninety patients (pts) with coronary heart disease were divided into three groups A (n=30), B (n=30) and C group (n=30) based on the clinical conditions. Coronary angiography was performed in all pts. The plasma concentrations of the CF6 were detected with radioimmunity. The pts in A and B group were pretreated with isotonic Na chloride at 2 hours before op- eration; The pts in C group were pretreated with vitamin C. Results The CF6 in B group was (203.13±61.99) pg/mL and (243.57±- 36.92) pg/mL pre-and post-operation, respectively(P〈0.01). The levels in the A and C groups were (192.07±53.15) pg/mL and(195.24±60.58) pg/mL before the operation, respectively, and (201.37±63.01) pg/mL and (204.55±24.89) pg/mL following the operation(P〉0.05). Conclusion Interventional therapy might upregulate the expression and the release of the CF6 and it might be mediated by the reactive oxygen species. The reactive oxygen species might be one of the signal materials which mediate the expression and release of the CF6.
