The modern educational technology has already deveioped into a public course in local universities, but as a result of some kind of reason, learners have not experienced the charm of modern educational technology. It＇s important for enhancing teaching effect to make full use of information technology in teaching and use methods of sex reassignment to carry on the three-dimensional teaching.
