摘要
本文通过对中小民营企业员工流失的原因分析,提出了要建立制度化的约束机制、规范内部管理、增强企业文化的凝聚力等防止对策。
This paper analysized the reason of employee loss and suggested the strategy of its prevention for private enterprise which include the construction of system restriction, the standard of company management and the improvement of company unity.
