摘要
本文基于高校基建档案的特点、影响基建档案真实性和完整性等问题,从更新观念、增强法制意识和档案意识,建立标准化的基建档案管理制度等方面提出加强基建档案建设和管理的有效途径。
Based on the characteristics of college archives basic construction and the impact on the authenticity and integrality of college archives, this paper puts forward the effective ways to enhance the construction and manage- ment of archives basic construction, involving renovate concepts, enhance the legal awareness and archives sense, establish standardized archives capital construction management system and so on.
