摘要
利用茶粕为基质接入一定微生物进行发酵以获得蛋白质含量较高的微生物蛋白饲料,菌种的筛选和优化是关键。本实验所用的复合菌种是已经过筛选和优化了的,为进一步确定所得的复合菌种是否为最优菌种组合,实验对该复合菌种在茶粕培养基上的生长特性进行了研究。结果表明该复合菌种可以有效地利用茶粕基质中的营养成分合成菌体蛋白,表现为较高的菌体干重收率及总糖的大幅度下降。
Screening of the strains is very important during producing single cell protein feed from oil - tea - cake by the solid state fermentation technology. To certify the optimum composite strains, the research study the microbial living character and growth in oil -tea -cake culture medium. It showed that the dry weight of microbial cells is high in the fermented product ,and the cellulose of the oil - tea - cake were decreased obviously. So the composite strains screened can utilize oil- tea- cake availably.
