摘要
本文从加强高职院校管理队伍建设的重要性入手,结合高职院校的现状和管理实践的体会,从理论与实践结合上阐述提升管理队伍素质与提高办学效益的关系。
This article analyses the relationship between the enhancing of school efficiency and the improving of the management team quality combining the status of higher vocational college and the experience of management practices from strengthening the importance of building management teams.
