摘要 目的探讨MxA蛋白与过敏性紫癜(HSP)发病的相关性。方法对29例HSP患儿及14例正常儿童用流式细胞仪检测外周血淋巴细胞MxA蛋白,ELISA法检测血清IFN-α及柯萨奇B组病毒(CBV)-IgM、EB病毒(EBV)-IgM、腺病毒(ADV)-IgM。结果①HSP组MxA蛋白阳性率与对照组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);②HSP组IFN-α阳性率与对照组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);③HSP组CBV-IgM、EBV-IgM、ADV-IgM阳性率与对照组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05);④HSP组MxA蛋白与IFN-α阳性率比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论病毒感染可能是过敏性紫癜发病的重要诱因;MxA蛋白可以作为检测病毒感染较理想的指标。 Objective To explore the relationship between the Henoch-Schoenlein purpura (HSP) and MxA protein. Methods Studied 29 children of HSP to detect MxA protein in peripheral blood lymphocytes by using a flow cytometric analysis. IFN-α and the antiviral IgM of coxsackie B virus (CBV) , Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) ,Adenovirus (ADV) were measured in serum by ELISA. 14 healthy children were involved in this research as normal controls. Results (1)The positive rate of MxA protein was significantly higher in children of HSP than normal controls( P 〈 0.05). (2)The positive rate of IFN-α was significantly higher in children of HSP than normal controls(P 〈0.05). (3)The positive rate of CBV-IgM, EBV-IgM, ADV-IgM were not significantly higher in children of HSP than normal controls (P 〉 0.05). (4)The positive rate of MxA protein was significantly higher than that of IFN-α in HSP group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Viral infection may be an important cause for HSP. Flow cytometric assay of MxA protein expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes appear to be an use- ful method to evaluate viral infections in HSP.
