浅析沂水旅游业的发展与新农村建设

和谐旅游是"通过对旅游资源的和谐利用和旅游主客体之间的和谐运行,最终实现旅游的和谐价值及和谐目标",建设社会主义新农村,是党的十六届五中全会向全党全国发出的伟大号召,"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"是对新农村建设的要求。本文着重分析了沂水旅游业的发展在沂水新农村建设中的拉动作用和资源配置作用,并提出了沂水旅游业的发展也给沂水新农村建设带来了或多或少的负面影响,最后就沂水旅游业和新农村建设的和谐发展提出一些意见和建议。
