摘要
节能分析篇(章)在工业固定资产投资项目节能评估和审查中占有重要的基础地位。本文总结了工业固定资产投资项目节能评估的经验,对节能分析篇(章)的内容、深度、能源品种的划分等提出了一些建议。
Chapter of energy saving analysis plays an important fundamental role in energy saving assessment and energy audit of industrial fixed asset investment project.
