本文分析了山西在建设国家新型能源和工业基地中面临的主要问题,提出了发展循环经济、建设国家新型能源和工业基地的思考及建议。
The paper analyzes the main problems in the progress of constructing state new-type energy and industrial base in Shanxi, and puts forwards some main ideas for dev.eloping circular economy to construct the state new-type energy and industrial base.
