摘要
考察了聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂聚合度、发泡剂、助发泡剂对硬质聚氯乙烯(RPVC)发泡行为的影响,并对发泡RPVC的加工条件进行了研究。结果表明:发泡剂用量为0.8 phr,加工助剂用量为5 phr,加工温度为180~185℃时,材料泡孔结构良好,密度较小。
The influences of polymerization degree of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), foaming agent and assistant foaming agent on foaming behavior of rigid polyvinyl chloride (RPVC) were examined. The processing conditions for RPVC were studied. The results show that the foam material with appropriate pore structure and lower density is acquired under the following processing conditions: foaming agent dosage 0.8 phr, processing additives dosage 5 phr and processing temperature 180-185℃.
