浙江政府与民间组织的互动机制：资源依赖理论的分析

The Interactive Mechanism on the NPO and Government in Zhejiang——An Analysis Based on Resource Dependence Theory

改革开放以来,浙江民间组织取得快速发展。民间组织与政府具有提供公共服务的互补作用。本文运用资源依赖理论的研究成果和分析框架,考察浙江政府与民间组织的互动机制。通过分析,本文得出目前政府与民间组织的非平衡依赖关系,并提出构建未来政府与民间组织基于公民公共服务的互动关系。

The nonprofit organizations in Zhejiang province have been developing rapidly since the reform.NPO and government are complementary in public service.Based on resource dependence theory,this paper analyzes the interactive mechanism on the NPO and government.And concludes that it’s a non-equilibrium relationship between NPO and government.The construction of the future interactive mechanism should be based on the public service.
