摘要
将模糊综合评判应用于舰空导弹设计方案评估中,处理评估中的模糊性问题。在建立评估指标体系的基础上,构建二级模糊综合评判模型,其步骤包括:确定评语集和指标集及其权重,分别对第2和第1层指标进行综合评价,求出评价等级量化值。示例结果表明,该模型计算方便、通用性强,为解决军事领域类似问题提供了思路和方法。
The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for the design scheme evaluation of ship-to-air missile to deal with the fuzziness. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established based on the index system. The process includes: determining comments, index set and its weights, evaluating index of the second level and the first level, calculating the evaluation grade number. Result of the example shows that the model can be count in brief and all-purpose, which provides new concept and method to resolve similar problems in military field.
