摘要
从构建部队装备全面质量管理的框架、建立部队装备全面质量管理的运行机制入手,针对部队装备质量管理中的问题,有针对性借鉴全面质量管理的方法,使之应用到部队装备质量管理的实践中去,形成能够适应部队实际的质量管理方法与策略。
In order to construct framework and function mechanism of military equipment TQM, adopt some methods of TQM reference to the problems in the military equipment management. Use those methods in the practice of military equipment management. The quality management method and strategies are suitable for the military practice.
