摘要
基于胜任力的通用装备保障分队训练需求分析模型,以胜任力为基本框架,通过对训练环境、影响要素、优秀人员关键特征的分析来确定分队不同岗位的训练需求,进而使训练内容和训练方法能够满足分队保障任务的需要,另一方面可以按照分队保障任务、武器装备等影响要素的改变来重构职责与任务,确认训练需求。
The analysis model based on competence of training demand for element of general equipment purpose support takes competence as the basic frame, makes certain the training demand of every post by means of the analysis of the training condition impact factor and the key character of the excellence and offers the demand for setting up the training content and method. On the other hand, according to the element's mission and the equipment' influence, reconstruct the job mission and reconfirm the training demand.
