Basic Index Research for Air Defense Force Group Commanding Period Under Information Conditions

从防空兵群作战指挥系统的应用角度,采用群、营、连三级指挥机构,对防空兵群作战指挥周期的绝对指标和相对指标进行构建。防空兵群作战指挥周期长短对指挥效能有影响,又体现在敌我双方作战指挥过程所消耗时间的对比关系上,因此防空兵群作战指挥周期的相对指标是在绝对指标的基础上建立的。
