血清游离轻链测定对多发性骨髓瘤与其他疾病的鉴别意义

Identification of multiple myeloma and other common diseases through serum free light chain

对多发性骨髓瘤和其他常见疾病患者共95例的血清游离轻链值进行分析，发现各类疾病患者血清游离轻链均可增高。但若出现一轻链增高的同时另一轻链降低，而且升高幅度接近或超过参考值上限的2倍，就应考虑多发性骨髓瘤。

The serum free lighl chain conccntration was determinated in 96 cases with multiple myeloma and other common diseases, the results indicated the serum free light chain concentration may increase in all kinds of common diseases, but if one light chain concentration was twice or more than the maximum reference value and other light chain concentration decrcased, multiple myeloma should be considered.
