院前“三无”患者救治体会

Experience in Pre-Hospital Care of Patients of Questionable Sources

针对院前急救处于昏迷状态,生命垂危,又不知道姓名、年龄、住址和身无分文的病人,归纳了急救中心采取的做法:①制定收治"三无"病人的宗旨及原则;②建立"三无"病人院前急救绿色通道;③合理选择转送医院;④妥善保管好患者的财和物,协助医院积极寻找家属;⑤重视病历记录的管理。"三无"患者在最短时间内均获得较好的救治效果,没有投诉纠纷发生。

Our emergency centre concludes a series of treating measures aiming at emergent patients who are in unconscious state, and unknown of name, age address and penniless, who are also known as patients of questionable sources as follows. Firstly, a principle for the treatment for patients of questionable sources is formulated, according to which pre -hospital medical staff could perform. Secondly, an express treating channel for those patients is built thus to provide immediate and convenient medical service for those special patients. Thirdly, after essential first -aid, those patients will be transferred to a higher hospital reasonably. Fourthly, the patients＇personal belongings will be taken good care of and their family members or guardians will be looked for by specific staff of the emergency centre. Fifthly, the patients＇medical records will be kept and managed properly. By the above means, emergent patients of questionable sources will be treated with satisfactory result in the shortest time, avoiding medical disputes.
