Intensive Use Appraisal of Construction Land in Hainan Province

目前,海南省社会经济正处于快速发展阶段,土地与人口压力不断增大,各类建设用地需求水平较高,但粗放型的经济增长方式并没有从根本上转变,土地节约集约潜力很大。大力推进海南省土地节约集约利用,是实现区域可持续发展的必然要求。以海南省为研究对象,采用层次分析法,从建设用地利用强度、投入强度以及利用效益三个方面对各县市建设用地集约利用程度进行评价,提出建设用地集约利用的建议。

Land and population pressures in Hainan Province are increasing with social and economic development at present, and it is imperative to vigorously advance intensive land use for the realization of regional sustainable development of the province. With Hainan Province as a case study and with analytic hierarchy process method, this paper appraises the degree of construction land use in terms of use intensity, input intensity and comprehensive benefit, along with proposals for intensive use of construction land.
