论新闻舆论监督在警察形象建设中的作用

On the Function of Press Supervision in the Construction of Police Image

新闻舆论监督作为我国民主监督的形式之一,是维护社会秩序的重要工具。公安机关是党委政府与群众间最主要的沟通桥梁,公安民警的形象直接影响着党和政府以及公安机关的形象。因此,应正确认识新闻舆论监督与警察形象建设的关系,重视新闻舆论监督在警察形象建设中的作用,以促使警察组织理性对待媒体,虚心接受合法监督,不断完善自身形象。

Press supervision is one of the major forms of democratic supervision in China and serves as an important tool to maintain social order. Public security organ is the bridge of communication between government and the mass. The image of police directly affects the image of our party, government and public security organs. Therefore, the relationship between press supervision and police image construction shall be recognized in order to urge police to reasonably look at press and modestly accept the legal supervision of press.
