胃复安诱发禁食及食后大鼠小肠移行性综合肌电Ⅲ相活动

摘要 用26只Wistar大鼠做慢性实验,沿小肠浆膜面埋植3对不锈钢针形双极电极,观察肌注胃复安对小肠移行性综合肌电Ⅲ相活动(MMCⅢ)的影响。结果(1)胃复安可诱发禁食及食后大鼠小肠MMCⅢ相活动。并使给药后第一个Ⅲ相活动时程明显延长。(2)阿托品、纳洛酮及迷走神经切除均不能消除胃复安对小肠MMCⅢ相活动的影响。(3)消炎痛可阻断胃复安诱发MMCⅢ相活动。提示胃复安诱发MMCⅢ相活动与内源性前列腺素有关。 The effects of intramuscullar injection of metoclopramide (MCP) on the phase Ⅲ of migrating motor complexes (MMCⅢ) Were investigated in 26 wistar rats chronically implanted with 3 pairs of bipolar stainless steel electrodes on the serosal surface of small intestine .MCP induced the MMCⅢ of small intestine in fed and fasted rats, while prolonged the periond of the first phase Ⅲ after administration the drug.Atropine, naloxone or vagotomy did not block the effect of MCP in fasted rats, but indomethacin blocked it . The results indicated MCP induced the intestinal MMCⅢ might be mediated via endogenous ProstagLandin.
