摘要
目的建立小儿牛黄清肺片中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(45∶55),检测波长为278nm。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.03036~0.7590μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.5%,RSD为1.6%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便,重现性好,可作为小儿牛黄清肺片的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Child Niuhuangqingfei Tablet. Methods HPLC method was adopted and the C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0. 2% phosphoric acid (45 : 55). The detection wavelength was at 278 nm. Results The calibration curve of baicalin was linear in the range of 0. 030 36-0. 759 0 μg( r =0. 999 9), The average rate was 101.5%, RSD=1.6% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Child Niuhuangqingfei Tablet.
