Development of the Young Teachers' Professionalization in Universities

高校青年教师专业化发展是青年教师与教育环境积极互动、完成社会赋予的历史使命并不断提升自身价值的过程。本文分析了影响青年教师专业化发展的主、客观因素,提出促进青年教师专业化发展的具体策略。

The development of the young teachers＇ professionalization is a process of interaction between the educational environment and the teachers themselves and a process whereby the young teachers accomplish the historical task entrusted by society and at same time constantly enhance their own value. The study attempts to analyze the subjective and objective factors that influences development of the young teachers＇ professionalization, and puts forward some strategies in response to them.To study development of the young teachers＇ professionalization is of great significance to raise the quality of the teaching and develop young teacher themselves.
