板蓝根和鱼腥草抗流感病毒研究

The Experimental Study on the Anti-Influenza Virus Effect of Radix Isatidis and Houttuynia Cordada

目的研究板蓝根和鱼腥草对甲型流感病毒的预防、治疗作用。方法通过测定半数病毒感染量,研究板蓝根和鱼腥草对甲型流感病毒的直接作用、预防作用和流感病毒感染后的治疗作用。结果板蓝根组半数组织培养感染量在直接作用、预防和治疗作用组分别比病毒对照组低2.3 log、3.0 log、2.0 log,差异有显著性(P<0.05);鱼腥草组半数组织培养感染量在直接作用、预防和治疗作用组分别比病毒对照组低1.7 log、2.9 log、1.4 log,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论板蓝根和鱼腥草对流感病毒有直接抑制作用,对流感感染有预防、治疗作用。

Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic activities of Radix Isatidis and Houttuynia Cordada on influenza virus A. Methods TCID50 test were used to study the direct inactivation, preventive and therapeutic actives to influenza virus. Results In the direct inactivated action and preventive action and therapeutic action tests, the TCID50 in the Radix Isatidis group was lower significantly than in the control group（2. 3 log, 3.0 log, 2.0 log）（P〈0. 05）. The TCID50 in the Houttuynia Cordada group was lower significantly than in the control group（1.7 log,2.9 log,1.4 log） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Radix Isatidis and Houttuynia Cordada could inhibit the activity of influenza virus A. Radix Isatidis and Houttuynia Cordada could tread and prevent influenza.
