脑脊液细胞学联合脑电图检查对中枢神经系统感染的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨脑脊液细胞学(CSFC)和常规脑电图(REEG)联合检测对中枢神经系统感染的诊断价值。方法对150例中枢神经系统感染患者(研究组)和30例非中枢神经系统感染患者(对照组)进行CSFC和REEG检测。结果(1)研究组CSFC阳性检出率为64.67%,REEG为72.67%,与对照组(33.33%与30.00%)相比,均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);且2种检测方法间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(2)研究组CSFC和REEG联合检测阳性率为89.33%,与对照组50.00%相比,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。(3)CSFC和REEG联合检测阳性率与CSFC、REEG单纯检测的阳性率比较,均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论检测CSFC和REEG对中枢神经系统感染的诊断均有重要临床价值,联合检测CSFC和REEG可明显提高中枢神经系统感染的诊断率,显著减少漏诊和误诊的发生率。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of cerebrospinal fluid cytology (CSFC) and routine electroencephalography (REEG) used together for central nervous system infections. Methods A total of 150 cases with central nervous system infections and 30 cases without central nervous system infections were tested by CSFC and REEG. Results (1)The positive rate of CSFC and REEG was 64. 67% and 72. 67% respectively in cases. Comparing to that in controls (33.33% and 30.00% respectively), there were significant differences between them (P〈0. 01). But there were no significant differences between CSFC and REEG (P〉0. 05). (2)The positive rate was 89. 33% in cases by using CSFC and REEG together. Comparing to that in controls (50.00%), there were significant differences between them (P〈0. 01). (3)The positive rate of CSFC and REEG used together was significantly higher than that of CSFC and REEG used alone, and there were significant differences between them (P〈0. 01). Conclusion CSFC and REEG are all valuable for the diagnosis of central nervous system infections in clinic. The diagnostic rate of central nervous system infections would be much higher and the missed diagnostic and misdiag- nosis rate would be significantly lower if the CSFC and REEG were used together.
